SHIPPING
Our main mode of shipping is via U.S. Postal Service. We are happy to ship via UPS Ground Service if directly requested by the customer! If you are in a hurry, please let us know and we'll get it to you faster, either by Express Mail, UPS or Fed Ex! Express shipping is charged at the rate extended to us!
Although we try hard to keep all of our items in stock, there are times when we are out of items and are waiting for our reorders to arrive! If this is the case, we will hold your order for three days for restocking. If after three days, an item is not back in stock, we will ship your order as is and do a second shipping -- at no cost to our customer -- with the backordered item(s)!
US Postal Service
$6.95 for orders up to $25.00
$7.95 for orders $25.00 and up
If the item you order is a bulk size, additional shipping may be required. We will contact you regarding shipping charges that are over our normal scale!
Please note that if you are ordering a small book or piece of jewelry we can fit in a Priority Mail envelope, we will ship it using the flat envelope rate of $3.85!
UPS Ground Service (up to 10 lbs.) $8.95
For larger packages, we charge the actual shipping charge that is extended to us. We will notify you of any additional charge before we ship!
RETURN POLICY
Cutie Pie Boutique offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold. If for any reason you or your child find any product unsatisfactory, you can send it back within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (less original shipping charges), or within 30 days for a store credit or exchange (less original shipping charges)!
If the return is the result of an error on our part, then we will refund the shipping as well, provided:
· The item(s) are in original condition (excluding shipping damage).
· The item(s) are returned with original packaging / tags.
To return an item, please fill out the Returns form included in your original package and return it with the product(s) to the following address:

You will be notified by email of your refund once we receive and process the returned item. If the item(s) is returned within 14 days of purchase, the refund will be in the same form of payment as was received for the purchase. You may expect it within 7 to 14 business days of receipt of your return. Please note that we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error!
If the return is made after 14 days from original purchase date, we offer exchanges or store credit. If you choose store credit, a store credit form will be mailed (and/or e-mailed) to you, and a copy will be kept on file at the store in order to place proper credit on your next order!

COUPON POLICY
Town Planner coupons and DCBA shopping cards are accepted at Cutie Pie Boutique. However, you must choose one form of discount. We do not combine coupons, radio auction certificates and/or DCBA Shoppers cards!
